Having been speaking to George about anime, manga and Pokémon lately, I went rummaging through my collection of old drawings I did as a kid (I like the nostalgia sometimes), and found what I was looking for: some anime style eyes I came up with when I very first started watching anime on the Sci-Fi channel; a very unoriginally named pokémon, and erm…yeah, chicken-winged man.

Ok, so I wasn’t really looking for that last one, but did find him funny.

George is working on a project, and has decided to use manga as a conveyable media.  He found inspiration from watching the likes of Totoro, Grave of the Fireflies and Spirited Away that I’ve lent him lately.  I haven’t met anyone yet that doesn’t love those movies!

Coincidently, Studio Ghibli, are having one of their latest anime, Ponyo, release in cinema.  How great is that!
